Our Food
We are based in Cheshire and aim to source all food as locally as possible- ideally from some of the fantastic artisan producers we have in the area.
When you hire the bus for your own event we aim to tailor the menu to you and we can do as little or as much as you want.
So whether it is Bacon Rolls or Pancakes and Coffee for a working Breakfast, a Buffet lunch, full Afternoon Tea for a Christening or a warming Chilli after a Fireworks display we can help. We can either come up with a suggested menu if you tell us what sort of thing you are thinking of or work to your exact specifications.
The only caveat is that, although the bus kitchen is well equipped, it is still a small mobile kitchen so some dishes may be a struggle! Please ask us though, we like a challenge....
We have our standard Tea Room menu that is available on the days we are open to the public, with variety coming from whatever is in season. This menu includes;

Freshly brewed Tea and Coffee. There are a choice of blends for each and we use loose leaf teas

Hot Chocolate made with real Chocolate, with the options of fresh cream and marshmallows

A variety of soft drinks

Bacon and Egg Rolls (and vegetarian alternative)- on selected days

A choice of fresh, seasonal Soups

Sandwiches- with fillings varying throughout the year

Cakes and Cookies with an ever changing selection depending on what we fancy!

Children's lunchboxes
All of the above are available to eat in or take away when we are in 'tea room' mode!
We are also fully licensed so as well as beers, wine and cider, we also offer various specials that reflect the weather- so it could be sangria one day and Bloody Marys the next!
